Heidi has been to court to file papers for legal separation from estranged husband/douchebag Spencer Pratt. She listed "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the split. However, Heidi has yet to file for divorce. When Speidi first broke up, Heidi said: "there are so many lies out there about me and I just needed space - even away from my husband." The big question here is if this is just another publicity stunt. Co-star Audrina Patridge says: "I think it's a joke. I don't believe it. They're inseparable and in love."
