Paris Hilton Sued for $35 Million

The Hilton heiress is now being sued by a hair extension company because she didn't hold up her end of their bargain - a bargain that cost Hairtech International $3.5 million!
The company is so upset with Paris that they filed a lawsuit asking for $35 million.
Paris was supposed to attend a party where over 600 hair professionals were due to attend and spend an estimated $6.6 million dollars with Hairtech. The reality star was in jail at the time and therefore she couldn't make it. Shocker! Hairtech claims she screwed them over when she went to jail in June 2007, because there was "an implied" term in her contract that she would "obey the law."
According to the documents, Hairtech claims that Paris was "seen in magazines and on television not wearing their hair extensions and was in fact wearing competitors' hair extension products."
