Shocker! After failing two drug tests just weeks after leaving rehab, Lindsay's probation has been revoked, and a bench warrant has been issued for her arrest
The warrant will be held until 08:30 a.m on Friday, at which time it will be activated if she fails to appear before Judge Elden Fox.
LiLo wrote on Twitter over the weekend that she did in fact fail her recent drug test, and that she was prepared to appear before the judge nex week as a result.
In Lindsay's case, a failed drug test means that she is looking at another month in jail.
In another tweet from the 24-year-old girl, she added: "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps ... forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future."
